Your Responsibilities
\n
Coordinate and manage product transfers of STADA AG in the EU, CIS, SEE and Emerging markets and support continuous improvement of processes.
\n
Ensure an adequate information flow and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders.
\n
Oversee supply‑chain changes and lead end‑to‑end change‑control management in a cross‑functional environment.
\n
Communicate and inform stakeholders such as planning, production, quality, regulatory, external suppliers and affiliates throughout the process.
\n
Guarantee transparent information exchange and overall project timelines.
\n
Monitor production, delivery and release steps along the supply chain.
\n
Support transfer decisions and set up and maintain business cases.
\n
Identify risks and develop scenarios to enable successful implementation of transfers with a focus on timelines and costs.
\n
Requirements
\n
Degree in business, economics, with a pharmaceutical background or a discipline relevant to the role.
\n
At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in the pharma industry.
\n
Ability to think, act and initiate in operational, tactical and strategic terms.
\n
Familiarity with current regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
\n
Strong project and process management skills.
\n
Fluent in English; other languages desirable. xugodme
