As a Warehouse Back Office Coordinator in La Vall, you will ensure the delivery and dispatch of documentation in due time and form in the warehouse, monitoring the traceability of orders. In addition, you will assist the warehouse in daily operations.

Your passion – our daily business
* You will carry out the daily control of the goods on arrival, receipt of delivery notes, review with the entry of goods and dispatch to the Puzol Back Office
* You will be in charge of the daily control of the departures from the warehouse and the correct allocation of the same
* You will provide support in the operational processes of the warehouse
* You will receive daily customer orders and transfer this information to the warehouse
* You will be in charge of confirming receipts at specific times
* You will carry out the correction of daily incidents caused by errors in the allocation
* You will communicate with the Puzol Back Office to review incidents
* You will make corrections to daily stock balances

* Studies in the field of food, agronomy, logistics or commerce
* Very good Spanish skills and good English skills
* Experience in similar positions managing the logistics and/or warehouse part of the purchase and sale
* In-depth knowledge of the value chain and operational management of buying and selling
* Experience in fruit & vegetables is a plus
* Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday
