Manage project aspects and daily coordination
Including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
Perform administrative tasks
Such as arranging meetings, coordinating activities and resources, developing agendas, and communicating with internal and external clients.
Prepare reports and presentations
Including progress reports, documentation, project reports, and PowerPoint presentations/decks.
What you’ll do
* Assist in daily project coordination, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
* Coordinate requests to expedite approvals.
* Support sales activities by managing business requests and RFPs to ensure they meet company standards.
* Liaise with clients to define project management objectives, scope, and requirements.
* Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
* Monitor project progress and address risks or issues.
* Act as the main contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
* Track progress and resolve obstacles.
* Communicate updates to internal and external clients.
* Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and activity dashboards.
* Coordinate and prepare PowerPoint presentations and decks.
What experience you need
* Bachelor’s degree from college or university.
* Advanced written and spoken English skills.
* Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) is preferred.
* Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
