We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager, Sales Enablement to drive improvements and enhance the overall productivity and effectiveness of our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee day-to-day activities within EFI's Salesforce instance, ensuring effective support for sales teams by addressing first-level support queries.
* Prioritize investments in enabling technologies to support sales productivity.
* Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations Teams to understand requirements and recommend enhancements to the company's CRM platform.
* Work closely with Marketing Operations and Inside Sales to streamline processes and operations.
* Drive improvements and integrations, including supporting Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools, such as DealHub.
* Migrate existing Salesforce Process Builder and Workflow Rules to Salesforce Flows, ensuring efficient execution.
* Partner with IT on strategic sales planning and project development.
* Work with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
* Ensure new sales onboarding processes are well-defined and executed for all new sales employees.
* Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver relevant information and ensure sales enablement resources are ready for use.
* Develop and coordinate sales reporting initiatives, working with the Sales Analysts team.
This role is suitable for individuals with:
* Salesforce Administrator Advanced Certification.
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
* 5-7 years of Sales Operations experience.
Desirable skills and experience include:
* Integrating and supporting CPQ tools.
* Documenting business processes and justifications.
* Migrating Salesforce Process Builder and Workflow Rules to Salesforce Flows.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with advanced Excel skills.
