Experteer Overview As Category Manager for Indirect Procurement, you will lead global management of the contingent labor category, designing and optimizing an MSP/VMS model for white-collar and professional services. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance and IT to drive value, mitigate risk, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role shapes how we source talent globally and deliver scalable, compliant contingency workforce programs. - Develop and execute a global contingent labor category strategy
- Lead end-to-end MSP and VMS implementation across regions
- Standardize temporary labor procurement processes (rate cards, supplier consolidation, scorecards, compliance)
- Manage RFP processes for contingent labor providers and professional services
- Negotiate global contracts with favorable terms, SLAs, and pricing structures
- Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and demand management improvements
- Serve as primary procurement contact for global business leaders on MSP
- Collaborate with HR to align contingent labor with talent acquisition goals
- Work with Legal and Risk on screening, co-employment, and regional labor law compliance
- Monitor MSP performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement with suppliers
- Facilitate business reviews and manage dispute resolution processesResponsabilidades
- 5-8 years of indirect procurement experience with focus on HR or professional services
- Proven track record in managing contingent labor and MSP/VMS environments
- Experience in global/matrixed organizations across time zones and cultures
- Strong commercial acumen, rate benchmarking, and TCO modeling
- Project management experience leading multi-regional initiatives
