Responsibilities

- Deliver lessons that align with a curriculum emphasizing personalized, communicative, and interactive learning experiences.
- Engage and motivate students across diverse ages and proficiency levels, including a substantial number of young learners.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- EU nationals or holders of valid Spanish work permits.
- A recognized English teaching qualification (e.g. CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification).
- Minimum one year of recent TEFL experience.
- University degree (e.g. BA, BSc).
- Full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8.
- At least one year of teaching experience using communicative methodology.
- Ability to inspire, manage, and motivate students; ability to work effectively in a team; proactive, positive, and professional demeanor; excellent communication skills; strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Experience or proficiency in Cambridge English exams (advantageous).
- Experience teaching young learners and teenagers (advantageous).
- Proficiency in IT tools such as digital materials, Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom, and Moodle (advantageous).
- CELTA or TESOL certificate with a grade of B or higher (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Spanish and familiarity with Spanish culture (advantageous).
