Opportunity
We are seeking a Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of post‐qualification experience to support the legal function and the business of the Atos Group in Iberia. In this role you will provide day‐to‐day legal support, advise on public‐sector and commercial matters, and work as part of the Atos legal team in Iberia.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse private and public sector tenders in accordance with Atos Group internal policies.
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements (customer contracts, partnerships, alliances, vendor contracts).
Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide legal support.
Support the legal department in implementing and overseeing legal processes and controls.
Provide legal awareness to the business.
Participate in Group Legal Department initiatives and cross‐regional projects.

Practical Information
Location: Primarily based in our Madrid office (Spain).
Work Model: Hybrid working model with flexibility to support work‐life balance.
