In this role you will drive commercial excellence by turning data into insights that optimize sales performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support compensation programs and strategic initiatives within a global, science-driven organization. You’ll analyze complex datasets, deliver actionable recommendations, and help leadership make data-driven decisions that advance the company’s mission to enable healthier, cleaner, and safer outcomes. Responsabilidades
• Master's degree plus 5 years in sales operations, business analytics or related field
• CRM systems proficiency with emphasis on Salesforce.com
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, SQL and data visualization tools
• Expert knowledge of sales compensation processes and incentive plan design
• Experience with Xactly Incent or similar ICM systems
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and present to senior leadership
• Life sciences or healthcare industry experience preferred
• Willingness to travel 10-15%
• English proficiency required; other languages beneficial
