✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 7+ years of experience in backend development with Java (version 8 or higher)- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Data, Spring Cloud, etc.)- Proven experience in microservices architecture design and development- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure)- Experience with CI/CD pipelines:
Jenkins, GitHub Actions- Solid knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows on GitHub- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools- Integration with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
AND IF IN ADDITION...
- Previous experience in large international companies or global consultancies- Certifications in AWS or Azure
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.- Define and implement microservices-based architectures aligned with business needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features.- Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.- Contribute to cloud infrastructure planning and deployment (AWS, Azure, or similar).- Implement and maintain automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to clean code principles and SOLID design.- Analyze performance issues and propose optimizations across services and infrastructure.- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes
