What You Will Do
In this vital role, you will own the strategic direction and performance of key assets within the Cardiovascular Business Unit. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned marketer to join a high-performing team in a leading biotech company and contribute to the growth of a high‑impact therapeutic area.
This is an individual contributor role with strong cross‑functional leadership and influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Own brand performance, including KPIs, budget management, and delivery of business results.
- Create compelling promotional campaigns, key messaging, programs, and tools to support commercial teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, access, market research, legal, regulatory, and compliance.
- Manage the end‑to‑end approval process for promotional materials through internal legal, regulatory, and medical review.
- Drive the development of omnichannel marketing initiatives, leveraging digital platforms to maximize HCP engagement and enhance brand reach.
