With over 900 colleagues in 140 countries, we are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF. We act as an information hub and process facilitator for them, ensuring standardized processes that help clients save costs (process and indirect costs) and time through efficient processes enabled by our software.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer (m/f/d) to take a leading role together with other Senior Developers in designing and developing high-quality, future-ready software solutions. You’ll join an international TecRMI team spread across mainland Spain, Tenerife, and Germany, bringing your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide, support, and inspire your colleagues. This is your chance to drive innovation, challenge the status quo, and shape the success of our business unit.
Responsibilities
- You will develop and design high-quality software according to the latest technical standards.
- With several years of experience in driving software development projects, you will be an asset to our team and bring social skills to manage, coordinate and support your colleagues.
- You will act as a technical lead in implementing sustainable, maintainable and quality-assured software solutions within our business unit.
- You will challenge the status quo at the right time and will actively contribute to the success of our business unit.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer.
- Good knowledge and experience in AWS.
- Good understanding of GraphQL.
- Experience with Javascript or Typescript.
- Proven leadership skills and project management experience.
- Experience organizing tasks and a structured working attitude.
- Team-oriented, curious and proactive, with focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level); German language skills would be beneficial.
