Experteer Overview In this role you will lead embedded software development efforts aligned with HORSE standards and ECU supplier requirements. You will define software content and configuration to meet project needs, and coordinate with ECU suppliers to align strategies and basic software. You’ll ensure roadmap harmony with ECU performance metrics, manage validation and HIL activities, and provide milestone reporting. You’ll tackle technical issues to ensure quality and compliance, delivering clear dashboards and status updates that drive progress.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Write and manage the software development plan per HORSE standards and ECU supplier requirements - Define software content and configuration to meet functional and project needs - Coordinate interactions between HORSE strategies and ECU supplier basic software - Ensure coherence between software roadmap and ECU performance metrics (CPU load, memory usage) - Manage software validation activities, including HIL environment development and validation plans - Monitor progress and provide milestone reports to SPL - Identify and resolve technical issues during development, ensuring quality and compliance - Deliver efficient reporting through software dashboards and status updatesResponsabilidades - A proven track record in software development for embedded systems and project coordination - Engineering degree (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering) - Excellent skills in software validation and technical analysis - Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative approach - Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and the transformation ambition of the company - Excellent command of English;
