Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new operational plans (or even design a new operation!).
- Volume planning (even more unpredictable than the weather).
- Work measurements a.k.a. how can we work better?
- Quality and productivity audits a.k.a. how could you have done your work better?
- Some reporting (just to show how good you did your job!).
- And much, much more. We just need someone that improves our business and is not afraid of a challenge (or to challenge people!).

What do we expect from you?
- Where do we start…? Education? You need to have a university degree, preferably in Engineering.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Of course, a healthy dose of humor and social skills are required. You need to work with people to obtain the best results! Ah, and English! We are an international company.
- We are not micromanaging at UPS, so you need to be pro-active and able to manage your own day, without us needing to chase you.
- It goes without saying, but your computer/Excel skills are above and beyond.
- Flexibility. We are everywhere in Iberia. You need to travel to see the work, to do your work.
- A proactive attitude and flexibility are required.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
