If you’re already a Product Manager in the MV world (switchgear, transformers, substations, AIS/GIS, etc.), this is your chance to take a step up: from managing a portfolio to building one from scratch.
What you’ll bring:
Solid background in Medium Voltage solutions.
Strategic mindset — market research, product positioning, competition analysis.
The drive to turn insights into strategy.
Fluent English (daily communication with international teams).
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager in the Medium Voltage industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of MV products (switchgear, AIS/GIS, transformers, substations).
* Demonstrated ability in market research, competitor analysis, and portfolio strategy.
* Commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Fluent English and Spanish (both mandatory).
* Based in Madrid, with availability to travel.
