We’re hiring an Account Executive to join a fast-growing SaaS company with HQ in Madrid, selling to the US, UK or Irish markets.
This is a permanent role, hybrid after onboarding, with uncapped commission and a strong sales culture built for people who want to win.

Our client is a SaaS company specialized in e-commerce search technology.
Their product is an advanced search plugin used by 10,000+ online stores globally, helping shoppers find products faster and significantly increasing conversion rates.
The solution integrates easily with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and other major webshops.
Strong product-market fit: around 6 out of 10 users convert from free trial to paid plans.
Your role
This is a hunter role with full ownership of the sales cycle.
You will:
- Prospect and generate your own leads (high-volume outbound)
- Run discovery calls and understand client needs
- Present tailored SaaS solutions to e-commerce businesses
- Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
- Manage your pipeline and forecasts in a structured way
- Work closely with a motivated, competitive sales team
Daily reality: 80–90 cold calls per day. This role is for people who can handle rejection and keep pushing.
Perfect profile
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
- Experience with US, UK or Irish market
- Comfortable working late shifts (for people working US market)
- (14:45–23:45, Fridays until 20:00)
- Strong hunter mentality, resilient, competitive, motivated
- Able to work full-time and on-site during onboarding
- Based in Madrid or willing to move on your own (no relocation support)
