At KENOS Technology, we are looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist with at least 4 years of experiencie to join a complex project in the automotive sector within an international team. This is an hybrid position based in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and translate business & user needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with the Product Owner.
* Facilitate alignment and drive prioritization of the product backlog based on value, impact, and strategic goals.
* Identify and drive process optimizations and improvements within the team and its workflows.
* Develop metrics and KPIs to enable data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and transparent reporting.
* Proactively identify and mitigate product risks (e.g., legal, data privacy) in collaboration with relevant departments.
Required Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
* Proficiency in website and user behavior analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar, combined with a solid understanding of data layers.
* Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent).
* A collaborative approach and ability to support strong team dynamics in an international, cross-functional environment.
* Fluent in English (C1), comfortable working in a global team setting.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience in the automotive sector or with premium consumer brands.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence.
* Knowledge of experimentation platforms (A/B testing) and personalization concepts.
* Understanding of UX research methods and qualitative data.
