Our privacy-compliant intelligence network expands visibility beyond systems, empowering real-time, proactive defense.Launched in 2024, headquartered in Madrid with colleagues working throughout Europe, LATAM, and the US.We are remote-first, ambitious, and driven by ownership, creativity, and collaboration.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer with a strong eye for storytelling, brand consistency, and motion.You will create impactful visual assets across marketing, product, and sales, helping shape and elevate Acoru's visual identity across all channels.WHAT YOU'LL DODesign high-quality visuals for web, social media, presentations, and campaignsCreate motion graphics, animations, and video contentEdit and produce video content for digital channelsDevelop layouts for reports, documents, and communication materialsManage and design assets within HubSpot CMS (landing pages, blogs, forms)Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teamsMaintain and evolve the brand identity systemTranslate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear visual narrativesManage multiple projects with strong attention to detailWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of experience in Visual / Graphic / Motion DesignAdvanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Strong experience in motion graphics and animation (3D is a plus)Solid understanding of brand systems and visual consistencyExperience with HubSpot CMS (webpages, emails, landing pages)Experience using Generative AI tools for visual creationFamiliarity xiphteb with Figma, Canva or similar toolsStrong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environmentWHY JOIN USShape the integration backbone of Europe's leading proactive fraud prevention platformWork on technically challenging problems at scale, with direct customer impactJoin a tight-knit, ambitious team that values ownership and velocityRemote-first culture with flexibility and autonomyQuarterly in-person team event across our global workforceCompetitive compensation and benefits
