The main goal of the job is about influencing the customers to develop the category of contact lenses by generating new users. Chain the mindset of ECP and owners to be more proactive and they can offer contact lenses. They need the capability to understand and execute JBP in KAs.

Capability to analyses a business and look for opportunities.
Influencing in customers to change mindset from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
Understand the needs and particularities of every channel indies, buying groups and chains.
Understand and use the basic tools to develop the category of contact lenses. Customer journey, POS, Data base, organizing trainings for customers.
Execute in its area the JBP defined for each KAs.
Build the category of Misight. Teaching and encouraging ECP to improve lives of children.
Cover the coverage plan designed for each area according to the customer segmentation. • Follow the sales process determinate.
Develop a good relationship with customers. Including of the roles in a business. ECP, owners, sales stuff, ...
Negotiating price increase when it ́s required.
Give value to the team. Being a team member.
Understand CooperVision programs and use it.
To complete all reporting and administrative duties.
Minimum knowledge of products. CooperVision and competitors.
Attend to congress if it ́s requested.
Get ready to trainings and improvement.
