Ready to guide clients to API excellence?
We're seeking a Client integration and optimization specialist to play a key role in helping our clients maximize their use of our API. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills who enjoys diving into technical details without needing to have knowledge about programming.
In this role, you won't be developing the API, but you will be absolutely essential to our client's success with it. You'll be their primary technical point of contact, guiding them through the integration process and helping them optimize their usage for peak performance.
Imagine yourself as a technical consultant and data detective rolled into one. You'll analyze integration patterns, delve into XML/JSON logs and performance metrics to troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for clients to improve their API implementation. Your ability to translate client's problems into clear, actionable advice will empower our clients and build strong, lasting relationships.

Here's a glimpse into what you'll do:
* Serve as the technical point of contact for clients during API integration and beyond.
* Analyse XML/JSON logs, to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
* Provide expert guidance to clients on API best practices and performance optimization strategies.
* Communicate effectively with clients through different channels to resolve technical queries and provide API support.
* Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to ensure a positive and successful technical journey for every client using our API.
* Use your experience to suggest new developments that will improve daily work for everyone
What you'll need to succeed:
* Strong Analytical Prowess: You have a natural ability to analyse data, identify root causes in logs (XML/JSON), and understand performance implications.
* Excellent Client Communication: You are comfortable and skilled at communicating technical information clearly and patiently to both technical and non-technical audiences, including in person and over the phone.
* Fluent English: You can communicate fluently and professionally in English, both written and spoken.
* Live in Mallorca: This is a must for daily, side-by-side collaboration and growth with our teams.
Ideally, you'll also have:
* Previous experience supporting users of a technical product or API.
* Familiarity with reading and understanding API documentation.
* Knowledge about hotel distribution
