YOUR IMPACT
As our Product Manager (Technical), you will be the bridge between business, technology, and user experience.You’ll take ownership of defining product requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams.
Your mission is to translate user and business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions that empower our platform’s growth. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and supply teams to turn insights into impactful products that enhance the travel experience for thousands of users worldwide.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and research to delivery and iteration.
* Translate business goals and user insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams, understanding technical trade-offs and ensuring smooth delivery.
* Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
* Define and track success metrics to evaluate product performance and user impact.
* Partner with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive experiences and effective communication of product value.
* Identify process improvements to increase team efficiency and delivery velocity.
* Conduct discovery sessions and continuous validation with users and internal stakeholders.
* Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that every decision adds measurable value to their experience.
WHO YOU ARE
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in digital marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or integrations.
* Strong technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, and integrations. You can speak the same language as engineers.
* Experience managing complex product lifecycles and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion).
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups.
* Bonus: Previous experience in travel, booking, or e-commerce platforms.
* Bonus: Knowledge of AI-driven product features or data products.
