Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic workforce planning
* Lead talent, performance, and succession processes
* Manage employee relations & advise managers
* Support policy alignment and benefit programs
* Promote culture, engagement & transformation
* Use HR analytics for decision-making
Requisitos, What they’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar.
* 3-5 years of HRBP experience in a manufacturing plant (almost 2 years).
* Talent, performance & workforce planning expertise.
* Strong employee relations management.
* Analytical mindset.
* Experience in culture & change initiatives.
* Fluency in English & Spanish.
* Pharma / industrial experience (a strong plus!).
