Together, we'll create a truly transformative learning experience. brJOB PURPOSE brWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Admissions Manager to lead our admissions department. The role focuses on building robust systems and processes to maximize enrollment growth while leading a dedicated team specializing in CRM management and campus visits. You will drive data-informed decision-making, optimize conversion rates, and ensure our recruitment strategies effectively achieve Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) enrollment targets. brREPORTING TO brDirector of Marketing, Admissions Communications brOTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPS brHeads of School, Specialist Coordinators, Marketing Manager brTasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: brStrategic Leadership Process Management brLead the complete admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring systematic approaches that maximize conversion rates brWork alongside the DAM Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with school FTE targets and growth objectives brDesign and oversee Family Experience Journey (FEJ) initiatives to streamline operations, increase satisfaction and eliminate inefficiencies brEstablish clear workflows, timelines, and quality standards for all admissions activities brCreate and maintain admissions policies, procedures, and best practices documentation brActively establish, promote and maintain positive relationships with senior leaders and the academic team brConduct regular process reviews and implement continuous improvement measures Enrollment Management Offer Letters brOversee the complete offer letter process, from application review to final enrollment decisions brMake admission recommendations in collaboration with DAM academic leadership brManage enrollment capacity across grade levels and ensure optimal class compositions brCoordinate with finance department on fee structures and payment processes brHandle complex admissions cases and escalated family concerns brMonitor enrollment pipeline and forecast achievement against FTE targets Tours, Visits Stakeholder Engagement brOversee campus tour programme and ensure exceptional visitor experiences brHandle VIP visits and prospective families requiring senior-level attention brRepresent the school at education fairs, community events, and networking functions brMaintain awareness of market situation, USP and competitor school offering brMaintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and embassy contacts brSupport marketing initiatives Team Leadership Coordination brManage and mentor 2 Admissions Officers and 1 Admissions Coordinator brCoordinate team responsibilities to ensure a seamless family experience brConduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions brFoster collaborative environment while maintaining individual accountability brProvide training and support for new systems, processes, and admissions best practices Data Analysis KPI Management brEstablish comprehensive data collection systems to track key performance indicators brGenerate regular reports on conversion rates, enrollment trends, and recruitment effectiveness brAnalyze admissions funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities brMaintain accurate records for regulatory compliance and accreditation purposes Key Competencies brStrategic thinking with strong execution capabilities brData-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making brExceptional organizational and project management skills brCultural sensitivity and international mindset brResults-oriented with focus on continuous improvement brStrong interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders brAbility to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Success Metrics brAchievement of annual FTE enrollment targets brImprovement in enquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates brReduction in admissions process cycle times brIncrease in family satisfaction scores brTeam performance and professional development outcome REQUIREMENTS brBachelor's degree in business administration or related field - mandatory. brPostgraduate business qualification (MBA or equivalent) - preferred. brMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in admissions or students recruitment - mandatory. brBackground in education, services, or regulated environments - desirable. brEnglish Spanish at bilingual level - mandatory. brCatalan - preferred. brRight to work in Spain - mandatory. brCompetent in ERP, financial planning tools, and Microsoft Office. brConfidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and regional cross-functional team.
