About The Role As a Simulation Modeling Engineer you will develop new models and maintain existing models.
You will report to the Modeling Maintenance Supervisor and be located in Madrid.
Hybrid work schedule.
Main Responsibilities
Develop new simulation models
Maintain existing models
Specifications and validation testing
Communicate with clients during testing, FAT, SAT
Integrate models in simulation environments
Software architecture for simulators
Connection with Distributed Control Systems (OVATION, PLCs, SIEMENS, MarkVI, Experion)
Develop communications with API
Source Code control (GIT, DevOps)
Qualifications
Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
1+ years of experience in similar role
English proficiency
Basic programming (C++, Fortran)
Simulation environments (Matlab, Simulink)
Best estimate modeling codes for thermohydraulic processes, neutronics, phenomenology of containment (RELAP, TRACE, TRAC, NESTLE, GOTHIC)
Nuclear electrical engineering production processes
Distributed Control Systems (OVATION, Experion, MarkVI, SPPA-T2000 (Siemens), Honeywell)
