You’ll work hand in hand with other Academic Managers and the commercial team to ensure top-quality education and happy students!
What will you do?
* Oversee daily academy operations (schedules, classrooms, teachers, etc.)
* Motivate and lead the teaching team
* Ensure high-quality teaching & student satisfaction
* Support teachers and students, including covering classes if needed
* Provide excellent customer service
* Help promote the academy to corporate & institutional clients
* Assist in product development & marketing strategies
* Participate in recruitment & training
What do we need from you?
* Fluent in English & Spanish (a must!)
* A strong teamwork mindset
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude
* Great communication & organizational skills
* Experience in online teaching (ideally via Zoom)
* IT skills & ability to adapt to new technologies
* Previous management experience is a plus!
