In this role, you’ll support Nordic travelers around the world when unexpected situations happen during their trips — helping coordinate medical care, travel arrangements and practical support.
It’s a dynamic and meaningful role where you help people while building valuable international work experience.
You’ll Do
*
* Support travelers worldwide via phone and email
* Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues
* Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage
* Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners
* Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed
* Manage cases in internal systems
The assistance center operates 24/7, so the role includes day, evening and night shifts.

Requirements

* Fluent Danish and English
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
