What You Will Do
* Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
* Design and improve business processes and system modifications.
* Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and processes.
* Develop test scenarios and oversee testing to ensure requirements are met.
* Create business requirements documents and user stories.
* Support QA, UAT, and release phases, including defect analysis and change management.
* Assist in project planning, documentation, and understanding technical development cycles.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned.
What We Need
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
* Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field.
* Experience in the insurance industry, especially insurtech or health insurance.
* Knowledge of business analysis concepts, Agile methodology, and requirements gathering.
* Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is required.
* Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Technical documentation skills; knowledge of system functionality, data integration, and workflows is a plus.
