What Youll Do:
* Consult & Collaborate: Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners develop successful Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
* Understand & Achieve: Accurately assess partner needs and goals, creating opportunities to maximize spend, upsell, and ensure long-term sustainability.
* Engage & Execute: Manage a high volume of potential clients daily, engaging proactively by phone to drive success for a large portfolio of prospective partners.
What Were Looking For:
* Languages: C2 in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (B2+ level).
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a strong plus.
* Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising.
* Skills:
o Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
o Strong analytical abilities and time management skills.
o A client-focused mindset with a genuine interest in customer interaction.
o The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
