As an Key Account Manager, you'll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human.In this role, you will develop and execute customer strategies that drive sustainable growth and strengthen Opella's presence across key channels. You will build strong partnerships with customers while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful and efficient execution.Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation with key customers.Mentor and uplift emerging talent while continuing to grow your own expertise and influence.Put purpose into practice by supporting sustainable and responsible business growth.Model a challenger mindset: simplify complexity, act with integrity, and focus on what matters most.Contribute to a culture that is ambitious, collaborative, and inclusive.Main responsibilitiesDevelop and implement customer-specific strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including pharmacy groups, parapharmacies, and e-commerce players.Analyze customer, market, and category performance to identify opportunities and guide decision-making.Execute promotional plans aligned with brand and customer strategies.Support the successful launch of new products across customer accounts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Shopper, Supply, Finance) to deliver integrated plans.Continuously improve account performance by identifying efficiencies and growth opportunities.About youExperience in sales or trade marketing within FMCG, Pharma, or E-commerce environments.Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.Effective relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence in customer interactions.Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to navigate challenges and adapt to change.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).Fluent Spanish and good command of English.This is more than the next step in your career, it's a chance to lead change and help reinvent self-care for the world.
