As a key player in our team, you'll leverage your excellent market knowledge and stakeholder management skills to ensure high-quality standards of service. You'll actively engage and onboard new merchants, promoting our cutting-edge products and services tailored to the gaming industry. Your role will also involve supporting product development by identifying functionality gaps and new requirements for the gaming vertical.

You'll be responsible for growing, monitoring, and updating your pipeline within our CRM system, ensuring that you stay on top of your queues. Overseeing the submission of complete applications for new merchants and acting as the liaison between internal teams and partners/merchants will be crucial aspects of your role.

Additionally, you'll participate in projects relevant to the Sales team and overall sales targets, and you'll have the opportunity to attend gaming-related trade shows and webinars to promote Light & Wonder.

Key Responsibilities: Have strong stakeholder management with our current operators’ merchants, partners and customers ensuring high quality standard of service. Excellent knowledge of the markets and customers in Northern Europe. Ensuring a strong link between our internal teams and those current merchants/partners and customers as well as new business. Actively engage and onboard new merchants Actively promote our products and services relevant to the gaming industry Support product in identifying functionality gaps and new product requirements for the gaming vertical Growing, monitoring, and updating your pipeline within the CRM system and ensuring that you are on top of your queues Overseeing the submission of complete applications for new merchants Being the liaison between internal teams and Partners/Merchants Participate in any projects that the Gaming team are working on that are relevant to the Sales team and overall Sales targets. Attend Gaming related trade shows and webinars to promote Light & Wonder

Preferred Traits, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (other regional languages considered an asset, especially French) iGaming and land based experience Ability to demonstrate strong sales & negotiating skills alongside interpersonal and communication skills Experienced in delivery strong product presentations that have led to successful outcomes Proven experience of meeting sales-based targets will be considered an asset Being able to take responsibility and ownership of your role, duties with a sense of enthusiasm alongside a positive and resilient attitude Have a strong solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer relationship management ability to drive performance, targets and KPIs.

This role will require travel to and from prospective merchants throughout Europe and the US to participate in on-site, offsite and virtual meetings which could result in evening and weekend work.
