Role Description
We are seeking a New Business Developer for a full-time, on-site role in Barcelona. The New Business Developer will identify new business opportunities, establish and nurture client relationships, and collaborate with our teams to develop and execute sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, delivering compelling pitches, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth while promoting DIFER's distinctive approach to event crafting.
Qualifications
* Expertise in New Business Development and ability to identify and engage potential leads
* Strong skills in Business and Business Development strategies
* Exceptional Communication and Sales skills for client engagement and relationship management
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate a results-driven approach
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Knowledge of the events and marketing industry is a strong advantage
* Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is highly desirable
