At xNova International, we're growing fast, and we're expanding our Italian sales team with an additional Account Executive.
¿This is a fully on-site role at our Valencia, Spain HQ — not remote.
Italy is our second most important market, and it already accounts for 30% of our sales. We're not starting from scratch: we already have a four-person Italian team on the ground — SDRs, Account Executives and Customer Success — and this role is one of four new hires we're making to double down on the market.
xNova is an international-trade data startup based in Valencia, Spain, building the reference intelligence layer for global trade. We help leading companies grow and compete in international markets by turning complex, incomplete data from over 150 countries into actionable intelligence.
After years of building the most robust international-trade data infrastructure on the market, we've launched global coverage and hit an inflection point. We've multiplied our average contract value by 2.7x in the last quarter — moving upmarket and closing bigger accounts.
Run discovery meetings with sales directors, export managers and department heads, applying B2B SaaS sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
Manage the sales pipeline qualified by the SDR team, primarily generated through outbound activity.
Prepare and run customized software demos tailored to each client's needs.
Take ownership of mid-market deals, building lasting relationships across multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
