In a few words

We are looking for an ambitious and transparent professional with great communication skills to be able to work in our diverse environment, service-oriented and with a great problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate must have a good sense of organization and time management. Finally, being able to adapt to changes whilst keeping the objective in mind is key to being successful in this role.

Your healthy routine

You will be working in the EHQ Administration team as an Admin Specialist and will be directly responsible for a variety of tasks like travel management, logistics, procurement, and asset management. You need to be able to fully support our staff in these areas and readily be able to troubleshoot any potential questions that may arise.

1. Travel Management: Support staff with booking air tickets, hotel bookings, and travel expenses.
2. Logistics Management: Arrange for trial equipment's shipment, resolving follow-up customs issues, address any follow-up changes, and handle the logistics pick-up.
3. Administration Procurement: Responsible for the procurement of office electronic products, IT equipment, disinfectant supplies, office stationary, drinks, snacks, etc. as may be needed.
4. Asset Management: Responsible for office assets inventory (including laptops, smartphones, and other IT equipment), supervision, and monitoring.
5. Invoice management: Monthly bill payments for related business transactions, manage invoices, ledger registration, and monthly cost statistics.
6. Events support: Support for events such as celebrations, opening ceremonies, exhibitions, festivals, etc.

Your Profile :

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Prior experience in administrative-related work.
3. German work permit required.
4. Fluent in English and Spanish. Chinese is a plus.
5. Proficient with PPT, Outlook, and Excel.
6. Excellent service attitude.
7. Logical thinking and able to find practical solutions.
8. Able to work in international environments and committed to learning and growing in the business.
9. EU driving license is a plus.
10. Collaborative working style and positive personality.
