In the Service Department, our focus is to provide our clients with high-quality service and the best possible production of their wind power plants. With our long-standing, consistent history and service experience globally, we work to ensure that we handle our clients' plants effectively to get the most out of each turbine while upholding our commitment to safety standards. Responsibilities
- Responsible for safety on site under HSE principles
- Ensure OH&S; policy is effectively implemented and managed at the site
- Ensure service quality and operational excellence
- Ensure contract obligations are fulfilled
- Build and maintain customer relations
- Develop leadership on-site
- Risk management
- Ensure fixed and direct costs are on budget
- Ensure good capacity and resource planning to carry out scheduled and unscheduled service in the agreed timeline
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of related working experience, especially experience in the wind turbine service business
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or similar experience
