This role is mission-critical for ensuring data integrity, minimal disruption to business operations, and successful transition to SAP's next-generation ERP system. /ppIf you have a strong track record of large-scale ERP migrations, especially involving SAP S/4HANA, and hands-on expertise with SAP’s migration tools, this is an excellent opportunity to bring that experience to a strategically important project. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliLead the end-to-end data migration from bNetSuite to SAP S/4HANA /b, including planning, scoping, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. /liliCollaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional leads, and technical teams to understand legacy data structures and ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA Retail requirements. /liliUtilize bSAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC) /b and bMigration Object Modeler (LTMOM) /b for building and managing data migration objects. /liliDesign and document data migration strategies, timelines, data cleansing approaches, and cutover plans. /liliMonitor and troubleshoot data migration issues, ensuring data quality, consistency, and auditability. /liliProvide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams regarding best practices in SAP S/4HANA data migration. /liliSupport data validation activities including mock loads, dry runs, and go-live cutover execution. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Qualifications /b /pullib5+ years of ERP data migration experience /b, with bdirect experience migrating from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA /b strongly preferred.
