Role overview
The Business Process Analyst will play a key role in supporting operational excellence at Ilkari by analyzing, documenting, and improving both customer-facing and internal processes. This position is essential for enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting revenue growth, and contributing to internal operational efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Business Process & Intelligence, and with guidance from the Business Process Lead the Business Process Analyst will work closely with various teams to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
This is an individual contributor role.
What you'll do
* Process Analysis : Analyze various aspects of the customer journey for Ilkari products to identify areas for improvement that enhance customer satisfaction and support revenue growth.
* Documentation and Mapping : Develop and maintain detailed documentation and process maps for internal and customer-facing processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
* Collaboration : Collaborate with teams across the organization to facilitate effective communication and support the implementation of process improvements.
* Support and Training : Assist in providing training and support to teams on existing processes and tools to promote effective utilization.
* Performance Evaluation : Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing processes, suggesting enhancements and optimizations as necessary.
* Stakeholder Interaction : Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that drive collaborative process improvements.
What are we looking for
1. Technical Skills : Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools, familiarity with agile methodologies, and knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem.
2. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
3. Experience : Experience in business process analysis and improvement, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
4. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in process management or business analysis are a plus.
