We’re hiring: International Compensation Specialist, for our HQ in Madrid, Spain.
Your Mission:
Reporting to the Group VP People Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping and deploying SAUR’s global Compensation strategy, across our international scope.
You will ensure that our practices are fair, competitive, and compliant, while partnering closely with local HR teams to deliver impactful and consistent reward solutions.
Key responsibilities:
* Design and manage compensation frameworks and salary structures within Saur International.
* Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews.
* Lead annual salary and bonus processes in coordination with HR and Finance.
* Analyze compensation data and prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
* Ensure local compliance while aligning global consistency.
* Facilitate training and guidance on rewards, job evaluation, and equity.
* Contribute to compensation policy updates based on legislative changes or market trends.
* Support Workday deployment and ongoing compensation management activities.
Your profile:
5–10 years of experience in Compensation, within multinational environments.
Experience in Benefits welcomed.
Degree in HR, Business, Management or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with compensation data and market benchmarks.
Solid understanding of global compensation practices and salary structures.
Experience with HRIS and data tools.
Experience with Workday (preferable).
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are valued).
Professional certifications (e.G. WorldatWork, CIPD) is a plus.
