The Business Planning and Business Operations team will be responsible for designing and operationalizing the Value growth business plan, and partnering with the Category teams design the contractual system pricing strategy/structures. This general team will be the team on point for managing business/pricing escalations and strategic/big deals support. Fundamental capabilities of the Business Operations team will be pricing competitive benchmarking, Margin Guardrails process, business insights to the Canon Alliance team, tracking of Value business performance and managing tools to track deals performance and partner’s profitability.
The Business Planning Team Lead is responsible for operationalizing the LTP plan for Indirect Contractual Channel and Direct MPS at Market level. This role involves leading a team of analysts to develop strategic plans, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. The Team Lead will collaborate with senior management and various departments to ensure alignment with the company's financial and strategic objectives.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts.
Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor the performance of team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement long-term strategic plans partnering with Channel organization and MPS teams.
Facilitate strategic planning sessions with senior management.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Oversee the collection and analysis of data on various aspects of the business, including financial performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.
Ensure the development and maintenance of value business analysis tools to forecast business performance. (Partner Profitability Tool, Deal Performance Tracker)
Review and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management.
Project Management
Manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving business processes and outcomes.
Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and implement solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
5-7 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, or a related field.
Proven leadership and team lead experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. xpzdshu
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
