About the RoleWe are looking for Solution Engineers to support our Residential Energy Storage Systems (RESS) and Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage Systems (C&I ESS) business in Europe.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, and plays a key role in new product launch, solution standardization, and key customer support.
Candidates with European local language capabilities are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Support new product launch and market introduction for residential and C&I energy storage systems in Europe
Work closely with sales teams to support key customers and strategic projects
Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, system configuration, and technical clarification
Prepare project-specific solutions, technical proposals, and system layouts
Develop and maintain standardized solutions for typical residential and C&I use cases
Collect, consolidate, and clarify product and solution requirements from customers and regional sales teams, and support the requirement input and alignment with product management and R&D teams
Coordinate with R&D, product management, and headquarters teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
Support internal and external technical training when required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Engineering, or related fields
3–5 years of relevant experience in the energy storage, PV, or power electronics industry
Experience in technical support, pre-sales, or solution engineering is highly preferred
Familiarity with energy storage systems, PV + ESS, or power conversion systems
Experience with residential and/or C&I energy storage projects is a strong advantage
Good understanding of electrical systems, grid connection concepts, and system architecture
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Valid driving license in Europe and willingness to travel when required
