Responsibilities
- Manage a sales team in a large area of Spain, ensuring achievement of sales goals.
- Develop regional sales plans and strategies to aggressively gain market share and generate consistent financial results.
- Translate strategy into daily actionable tactics.
- Plan field representative co‑travel, conduct customer visits, gather needs and characteristics, and present appropriate products, solutions and services.
- Track progress using sales, forecast, pipeline growth and instrument usage metrics, effectively using DBs tools.
- Provide direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for regional sales and service teams.
- Advance professional development, conduct, sales effectiveness and efficiency of staff.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices, diagnostics or healthcare.
- Proven track record of leading and coaching sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities and adapt to market challenges. xugodme
