We're looking for a Global Product Engineer to build and ship AI‐powered features for Havas data products. You'll combine strong backend engineering with product thinking – building scalable applications, integrating LLM and advertising APIs, and deploying services to production.
Working with Product Managers and Data teams, you'll deliver features for Converged Activate and Match.AI that enable campaign automation and insights for global brands.
Main Responsibilities
Translate product requirements into technical solutions for AI‐driven features
Build and deploy Python‐based applications and APIs using FastAPI or Flask
Collaborate with product teams to design user‐centric workflows powered by AI
AI & API Integration
Integrate LLM APIs (Gemini via Vertex AI, GPT via Azure OpenAI) for use cases like audience generation, creative insights, and campaign optimization
Connect external advertising APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon Ads) to enable campaign automation
Implement prompt engineering and response parsing for reliable AI behaviours
Cloud Deployment
Deploy and maintain services in Google Cloud Run or similar environments
Implement CI/CD pipelines for application releases with best practices for security and performance
Collaboration
Work cross‐functionally with product managers, designers, and data scientists
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‐technical stakeholders
Key Competencies
Minimum 2 years of related work experience
Good level of English (written & spoken)
Strong Python development skills (FastAPI, Flask, pandas)
Experience building and deploying production web services
Hands‐on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
Understanding of RESTful API design and third‐party integrations
Experience building and deploying web services to cloud environments (Cloud Run or similar)
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
Comfortable with Git, Docker, and cloud deployment workflows
Product mindset: focus on shipping working features iteratively
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively
Nice to Have
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK)
Exposure to multi‐agent systems and agentic workflows
Familiarity with advertising ecosystem, CDPs, and campaign performance data
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Vertex AI)
Knowledge of RAG patterns, embeddings, or vector databases
