You'll handle ACH returns, credit card disputes, and chargebacks across multiple platforms, while responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate various risk and payment tools efficiently. /pp As the Collection Risk Specialist, you will: /pulli Conduct vetting process for unsolicited and solicited payer and vendor registrations. /lili Conduct payer and vendor sweeps (weekly). /lili Investigate fraudulent and suspicious activity via PayCargo system. /lili Review and manage credit card disputes via Chargeback 911, Citi Spring, and AMEX portals (daily). /lili Review all ACH returns via Cass TD bank (daily). /lili Manage ACH returns via PayCargo system (daily). /lili Invoice all ACH returns via Sage and excel file. /lili Respond to all customer inquiries via Outlook, Slack, and RingCentral (ACH returns chargebacks). /lili Manage transaction reviews via Fraud tools, Bluesnap, Citi Spring, and AMEX (daily). /lili Review and complete bank forms and documents. /lili Denounce and blacklist payer and vendor accounts. /lili Manage applications such as Fraud tools, RingCentral, Slack, Dun Bradstreet, CLEAR, GIACT, Chargeback 911, Bluesnap, Stripe, Citi Spring Gateway and Citi Spring Chargeback portal, Trulioo, Monday.com, Salesforce, and Sage. /lili Review bank accounts daily to ensure transactions are processed successfully and communicate discrepancies to the corporate team. /lili Assist the corporate team with daily account postings and monthly bank reconciliations. /lili Assist with the posting of daily journal entries in Sage. /lili Assist the accounting team during the month-end close. /li /ulp You Are Likely to Succeed If: /pulli Minimum of 1+ year in Fraud experience /lili Minimum of 1+ year in Collections/Risk field is required; 3 years are preferred. /lili Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. /lili Familiarity with basic accounting procedures. /lili Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. /lili Proficient in preparing reports and business correspondence. /lili Effective written and verbal communication skills. /lili Able to follow written and verbal instructions. /lili Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. /lili Acute attention to detail. /lili Able to manage priorities and adapt to shifting workflows. /lili Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. /lili Collaborative and comfortable working as part of teams or committees. /lili Committed to excellence and high standards. /lili Culturally aware and able to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. /lili Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. /li /ulp Experience and Education: /pulli The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in collections and risk analysis, with 3 years preferred. /lili2+ years of KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) experience. /lili An AA or higher degree from an accredited college/university. /li /ulp What We Offer: /pp Our compensation package includes a highly competitive salary and bonus plan. /pp We care about your well-being and personal life.
