VASS is expanding its commercial organization, and we are looking for a highly analytical, process-driven, and data-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our growth strategy across the IT and technology space.
This role is essential to ensuring our sales team operates with clarity, efficiency, and the insights needed to accelerate business results.
#128269; What You Will Be Responsible For
Sales Process & Operational Excellence
Design, document, and continually improve sales processes to streamline efficiency across the funnel.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions for sales performance.
Drive adoption and standardization of tools, methodologies, and best practices across the sales team.
CRM Management & Data Governance
Own the CRM ecosystem (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), ensuring data accuracy, structure, and usability.
Build automated workflows, lead-routing logic, and governance standards that support predictable sales operations.
Serve as the internal expert for CRM processes, providing training and onboarding for new team members.
Sales Intelligence & Analytics
Develop dashboards, KPIs and advanced reporting to provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance.
Deliver insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions and quarterly targets.
Track forecasting models and ensure high-quality data flows across commercial systems.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to align lead-generation processes, qualification criteria, and attribution.
Partner with Finance to support revenue planning, quota setting, and compensation structures.
Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoff and lifecycle management.
#127919; What We’re Looking For
~5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles—ideally in IT, SaaS, cloud services, or tech environments.
~ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actions.
~ Advanced proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics/reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
~ Solid understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
~ Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally at different organizational levels.
~ Proactive attitude, high attention to detail, and a passion for building efficient processes.
