Experience and Expertise (more than 10 years)
- More than 10 years as NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN.
- Experience in radio equipment in Nokia and Ericsson in the above mentioned technologies.
- Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service, with extensive experience of RAN network management.
- Solid knowledge in the support processes for Telefónica in the RAN Mobile Access area.
- With knowledge of RAN in the protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc. that conform them.
- With capacity of analysis, throubleshooting and solution proposal.
Functions
- Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints and execution of BTPs.
- Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.
- NOC team management and quality analysis capacity.
Tools
- Systems for activity and job reception, incident management and BTPs : iGRI
- Network Elements Management Systems: own of the RAN manufacturers involved.
- Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA.
- Case escalation: iGRI, CEX.
- MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Language
- Spanish mandatory
- English will be an asset.
