As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. You will play a crucial role in penetrating the new market, driving business growth, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful implementation of our end-to-end renewable energy solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry.Key responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts in the renewable energy sector.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross‑selling and up‑selling activities.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of projects and exceptional customer service.- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with the sales team.- Monitor and analyze key account metrics, such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized marketing materials and campaigns for key accounts.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our renewable energy solutions and expand the network of potential clients.Qualification and expertise:- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience (5+ years) of Business Development and Sales with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a sales leader role in renewable energy industry.- In‑depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including BESS, wind and other emerging technologies.- Demonstrated track record of building up sales pipeline and achieving sales targets from 0‑1, and driving business growth with limited resources.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.- Excellent relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.- Ability to understand technical aspects of renewable energy solutions and effectively communicate them to clients.- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and ability to handle challenging situations.- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
