We're a handknotted carpet company with an established brand, a loyal client base across Spain, and a product that genuinely sells itself — once the right people see it.
The challenge? We need a Spanish voice on the ground.
Responsibilities You'll be our eyes, ears, and handshake in Spain — visiting showrooms, building relationships with interior designers and architectural practices, and re-engaging an existing network of retail and trade clients. This is a relationship-driven sales role, not cold-calling from a desk.
Qualifications Fluent Spanish speaker with confident English (you'll be reporting to and liaising with us directly in English)
Background in sales, knowledge of interior design, architecture, or luxury goods sales — or a strong personal network in those circles a bonus
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a commission basis
Based in Barcelona or Madrid, with the ability to travel between both
