Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and implement projects outlined in Persán's Product Plan, ensuring milestones are met timely and properly.
* Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination.
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans to stay on schedule and within budget.
* Manage risks and resolve issues impacting timelines or deliverables.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and senior management.
* Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Report on project performance, including post-launch analysis and lessons learned.
Minimum Requirements:
Technical Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles within consumer goods manufacturing or retail/distribution sectors.
* Experience in project management and strategic analysis.
* Willingness to undertake frequent international travel.
Soft Skills:
* Analytical mindset with affinity for figures.
* Planning and organizational skills to coordinate project needs across departments.
* Leadership qualities as a reference point for colleagues and clients.
* Drive, proactivity, perseverance, and effective communication.

Tools:
