ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to deliver end‑to‑end features across React, .NET, and MSSQL with a strong focus on AI‑assisted development to maximize speed and impact. This highly autonomous role blends hands‑on engineering with close collaboration with technical leadership, offering real ownership from design to delivery. It stands out for its execution‑first culture, heavy use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot, and the opportunity to drive fast, high‑throughput development in a modern, product‑focused environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Build and deliver end‑to‑end features across UI, backend services, and database.
* Implement and extend React‑based UI using existing component libraries.
* Develop .NET APIs and services following established patterns.
* Design and modify MSSQL schemas, queries, and data logic.
* Use AI tools (especially GitHub Copilot) heavily for code generation, iteration, and refactoring.
* Review AI‑generated code critically and ensure production‑ready quality.
* Work independently after design discussions, with regular reviews and feedback from Software Architect and Director of Technology.
* Plug into existing infrastructure and development workflows with minimal ramp‑up.
* Collaborate with internal IT team and product owners.
* Design discussions primarily with Software Architect and Director of Technology.
* Execute independently once direction is agreed.
* Expected to be proactive, unblock themselves, and move fast.
MUST HAVES
* Senior or Lead‑level experience as a Full Stack Engineer
* Strong 5+ years of hands‑on experience with React, .NET, MSSQL / relational databases
* Proven ability to own full‑stack feature delivery independently
* Practical, daily experience using AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot or similar)
* Comfortable working in evolving requirements with limited documentation.
* Heavy use of GitHub Copilot as a productivity multiplier
* AI used to: Generate boilerplate and standard logic.
* AI used to: Accelerate UI wiring, backend endpoints, and DB changes.
* AI used to: Enable rapid iteration with human review and judgment.
* Focus on throughput and speed, without compromising correctness.

* Experience in financial or data‑heavy systems.
* Familiarity with Azure‑based environments.
