Position title: Document Control Coordinator
Reporting to: Offshore Document Control Manager / Project Quality Manager

Main Purpose of Job
The Document Control Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating project-specific Document Controls (DCs), supporting the Offshore Document Control Manager and Project Quality Manager in Project Document Management, resolving Document Control issues, allocating workloads, and developing the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and related processes. This role provides a professional, timely document control service to projects and operational contracts, ensuring information is correctly distributed, acknowledged, and records are maintained according to company procedures.
Accountabilities
* Coordinate all Project Document Controllers to ensure document management processes are implemented across all departments.
* Develop and maintain the Electronic Document Management System.
* Manage access and permission rights to the Document Management Database for staff and contractors in collaboration with the Document Control Manager.
* Conduct training sessions on the EDMS for staff and external parties.
* Ensure documentation complies with the Quality Management System and other relevant standards.
* Maintain updated lists of drawings and documents in the project document management system.
* Ensure all document revisions are stored and controlled for easy retrieval.
* Support and monitor project document management, including KPIs as per project requirements.
* If no document control exists on a project, the DCC will assume all Document Control responsibilities.
Key Tasks

* Act as the main point of contact for Document Control issues.
* Maintain document management systems and MDRs.
* Assist with audits related to document control.

Additional Information
Preferably, candidates will have experience in wind or electricity generation industries and familiarity with Aconex, although this is not essential.
