Customer Service Agent - English Speaker
At Netzon Group, we're growing fast—and we're looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona for our Via Campaign.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You will learn the operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility processes of Via, enabling you to provide on-demand support to customers in the USA and contribute to Via's and the team's goals.
Keep things running smoothly by offering first line support tough phone, email, and digital channels as needed.
Fluency in English: High fluency in English (C2) in both written and spoken communication.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using a CRM system and working in a digital environment.
Organized & Motivated: Even when busy, you stay organized and keep delivering quality service.
Start Date: ASAP.
Contract: Temporary (2 months with 1 month of probation).
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (Rotative days) from 15:00 to 00:00
Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
Training: Full-Time Training for 5 days. Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (Fully Paid).
