Position Overview
We are seeking a temporary In Store Execution Coordinator (based in Madrid, Spain). Reporting to the Field Sales Leader, this role will serve as the primary contact for Sales Representatives and Area Managers, working closely with Retail Execution to ensure successful point-of-sale execution.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have some experience in Customer Development, team coordination, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. This role offers comprehensive experience in executing the 5Ps, with opportunities for cross-organizational collaboration and significant business contribution. It is an excellent opportunity for curious individuals seeking to build a solid foundation for growth within FMCG.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate communication of priorities from Rex, Cex, CDT, and Field Force Team
* Develop and implement processes and tools to ensure seamless top-down and bottom-up communication, transparency of priorities, and adequate resource allocation
* Monitor key performance indicators such as In Store Coverage and Frequency
* Analyze KPIs and report discrepancies to the Field Sales Leader
* Travel approximately 25% for market knowledge building and auditing
* Lead simplification, optimization projects, and new working methods, especially related to reporting and meetings
* Ensure proper use and management of tools like C4C and Mediafly
* Consolidate insights and best practices from the Field Force for sharing with Cex and Rex teams
* Manage POP distribution and utilization for the Field Force
* Act as an ambassador for the commercial process, providing feedback to the Field Force Leader
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* At least 1 year of experience in commercial roles (preferred)
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Suite and industry-standard analytical tools
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
